19 February 2015: SolitaireCG Project Launched
Curtis Gedak is proud to announce the launch of SolitaireCG.
Starting in late November 2014 when Curtis purchased a Motorola Moto G to replace his Palm OS Tungsten E2, he searched for a Free Software solitaire card game. His search discovered solitaire-for-android written by Ken Magic. Because the game had not been enhanced since it's last release on December 22, 2010, Curtis decided to take on maintenance of the game and created SolitaireCG as a fork of Ken Magic's work.
SolitaireCG stands for Solitaire Card Games. Current card games include klondike (regular solitaire), spider, freecell, and forty thieves.
The initial work on SolitaireCG will be driven by many long standing problems raised on the solitaire-for-android issue tracker.
*Many Thanks* go to Ken Magic.
Without Ken's work there would be no SolitaireCG.
