This major release adds new hi-res graphics to the original card graphics to take advantage of today's larger, higher resolution screens.

Changes include:

• Add new high-resolution graphics
• Add multi-dpi and tablet large screen support
• Bump minimum Android API to 1.6 (required for multi-dpi support)

Significant effort has been put into this release in addition to testing using the Android emulator, a Motorola Moto G (2nd Gen 2014) phone, and an HP 10 Plus tablet.
