This release adds higher resolution card graphics, speeds up card dealing, and adds an alternate menu for devices that lack reliable menu button operation.

Changes include:

• Add long press on bottom center of screen to invoke alternate menu
  
• Make card animation speed the same for all screen resolutions
  
• Simulate Android scaling of original game card dimensions
• Add xxxhdpi, large screen xxhdpi, and xlarge screen xhdpi high resolution graphic images for cards

The following issues were resolved with this release:

• Ticket #1 Options menu missing
