This release adds a new Golf solitaire game, improves help with game rules, and adds card count indicators.

Changes include:

• Add Golf solitaire game
• Add card count and foundation first card visual indicators
• Add game rules, terminology, README and COPYING to help
• Migrate solitaire game options into select game menu items
• Restructure menu and remove deal, quit and save&quit entries
• Change auto move option default from always to fling only
