This release adds support for Android 14. No new games or features were added to the SolitaireCG app.

Changes include:

• Add support for Android 14
• Consequence 1: Lost three dot "..." options menu on Android < 10
• Consequence 2: Revert to Options screen as preference handling deprecated
• Consequence 3: Bump minimum SDK to API 21 (Android 5.0)

The following tickets were addressed with this release:

• Ticket #33 Bump targetSdkVersion
  
• Ticket #35 Installation impossible with Android 14
  Thanks to Doug and Robert for confirming the beta release worked.
